Harlan County Community Action Agency, 319 Camden St, Harlan, KY, 40831 no later than 2;00 p,m, EST on date of bid opening;, Bids cannot be accepted at any other location, Bids will be opened thereupon or about 2:00p.m. EST 03/13/2023 in the office of the Transportation Director, 319 Camden St, Harlan, KY. 40831. Bids must be received by the designated date and time and none will be considered thereafter.
