Harlan County Community Action Agency, Inc. (HCCAA) will be accepting Sealed Bids on the Vehicles listed below starting on October 27, 2017 at 12:00 PM and ending on November 09, 2017 at 12:00 PM. The bidder is required to turn in a separate sealed bid for each vehicle labeling the bid envelope with the vehicle number that is on each vehicle. Multiple bids on vehicles on the same bid sheet will not be accepted. These vehicles can be seen at the HCCAA offices at 319 Camden Street, Harlan, KY 40831 starting on October 27, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Mondays through Thursdays.

Employees of HCCAA and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and person(s) living in the same household as such individuals, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate in the bidding process.

HCCAA has the right to refuse any and all bids and vehicles are sold as is with no implied warranty. The successful bidder will be notified within seven (7) days after the closing bid date and payment for the vehicle is requested by money order or casher’s check payable to Harlan County Community Action Agency, Inc.
