Have you or your spouse been laid off recently?

Our Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) Programs are here to help eligible laid off or dislocated workers and their spouses!

WIOA offers programs such as Adult, Community Impact, Dislocated Workers, and Miner’s Program to eligible participants. These programs offer supportive services for individuals who have been laid off or for individuals where their spouses have been laid off. Supportive services can include, but are not limited to books, tools, scrubs, etc. for those already enrolled in classes. We also offer assistance in resume building, interview skills, job searches, other training’s, and possibly any upcoming dates available for CDL or Lineman training.

For more information about the programs and services we offer for laid off or dislocated workers and their spouses, please contact WIOA Director Jill Blevins at Harlan County CAA, 606-573-5335.
